Orders
Placing an order through this site sends your request to Kigali Spa & Saloon Equipment via WhatsApp or email — it is not an automatic purchase confirmation. We confirm stock availability, pricing, and delivery with you directly before your order is finalized.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and may change without notice. The price confirmed with you at the time of order is the price you pay.
Payment
We accept Visa and MoMo. Payment is arranged directly with Kigali Spa & Saloon Equipment after your order is confirmed — never through a third party, and never by entering card details on this website.
Delivery
Delivery timing and cost are confirmed with you based on your location. See Installation & Support for details on delivery and installation.
Returns
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us before returning it and we'll sort out a repair, replacement, or refund directly with you.
