Site Consultation & Layout Planning
Before you order, we can walk through your space with you — checking power points, plumbing, and floor layout — so equipment fits, works, and installs without surprises on the day.
Delivery
We deliver across Kigali and to other cities and districts in Rwanda. Large or fragile equipment — massage beds, styling chairs, sterilizers — is packed and transported to protect it in transit.
Professional Installation
Equipment that needs assembly or setup — hydraulic chairs, shampoo units, facial steamers, IPL and laser devices — is installed on-site by our team, not left in boxes for you to figure out.
Staff Training
Some equipment carries real risk if used incorrectly — wax heaters, UV/IPL devices, sterilizers. We walk your team through safe operation, daily care, and troubleshooting before we leave.
Maintenance & Servicing
Spa and salon equipment sees heavy daily use. We offer scheduled servicing to catch wear before it becomes downtime, and callout support if something stops working.
